The Diploma in Land Use Planning (DLUP) caters to the needs of local government planners, including those at the municipal, city, and provincial levels. DLUP aims to provide strategy for decentralized planning education by offering opportunities for capacity-building in planning outside of Metro Manila. On the other hand, the Diploma in Land Valuation and Management (DLVM) programs aims to address the need for high quality valuation education that will be accessible to private and government valuers and property managers.
